Grubbly Little Pecks - Starter Grower feed

I feed my chicks Grubbly Little Pecks feed. They LOVE it. My question is, can I keep them on this feed indefinitely instead of switching to a layer feed (along with providing a feeder of oyster shell for the calcium).

Grubbly Little Pecks feed does have a slightly higher protein percentage than what adult laying hens need. It has 19%, whereas the recommended percentage for laying hens is 16%.

A link to the nutrition panel would be great but as a general rule, you can feed non medicated starter, grower, etc. to adult birds without issue.

Should be fine. Is this a crumble or a whole grain feed? If the latter, are they eating everything in the mix without issue?
