Guaranteed Fertilized?

If i have 2 roosters in with 4 hens is every egg layed by my hens going to be fertilized?

Should be, unless one just gets missed or your roos are infertile.

I would assume so, but that probably doesn't mean you'll be guaranteed a 100% hatch rate. Things happen.


It probably does guarantee that your hens are going to be over-worked. Just sayin.

Also it is possible that they could not be fertile because the roos could fight over then hens and knock each other off. Check a few of the eggs by cracking them open and see if there is a bullseye in the yolk.

ETA: WELCOME!!!!!! There is alot to learn here. No fertile eggs do not taste any different. However if you look at store boughts side by side with fresh eggs you can clearly see the difference.
