Gucci and Prada

My guess would be YES, she's gonna be a momma. Is she making a nest in her cage yet? I thought their gestation period was only 16 days though. How long have you had her? Is Gucci a boy?

I was told it was a tumor on another forum, but in person it looks nothing like a tumor - she's actually getting a pair shape to her.

Gucci is also female, I checked like five times. lol.
She has been nesting somewhat, I caught her making a little nest in the corner of the cage by herself, and she started ripping their cardboard toilet paper roll apart, at first they would just go through and play with it but I noticed that she has been tearing the ends off - I think she's using that as nesting too.
Their gestation period can be up to 21-23 days.
I've had her for almost 2 weeks - but I am not sure when petsmart got them in (I'm thinking recently before I got them).
I took another picture last night, but I will call the local vets today and see if any would be able to take a look at her.

Gestation is normally 21 days on our lab mice.

We breed mice at 8 weeks old and when you get a good eye, you can see bulges at E10 (day 10 post vaginal plug).

If you have them two weeks and her body doesn't bulge out a lot, she's likly not pregnant. From the pics, she just looks like a normal sized mouse. If from a pet store, I doubt they are 4-5 months. We wean at 3 weeks, and they are "adult" sized by 8 weeks or so, and then just put on weight.

Some mice can be tricky too after the first half a dozen pregnancies, as they can hide it till E 12 with how fat they end up getting nursing pups for 4 months straight.

I joined a mouse forum not to long ago, some say she is and some say no.
But you can't *always* tell when a mouse is pregnant, she's just been tricky with her weight and it has been hard to tell.
Sometimes you can't tell they are pregnant until the third week and sometimes not at all, her attitude is just what has made me concerned - I am still keeping an eye on both of them just in case. I've only had them 14 days, so that would mean less than a week until I am out of the clear.
I was told by several breeders that they've had females carry a small litter and so *no* signs of pregnancy. (besides nesting and whatnot)
And some gestation periods can last up to 23 days.
