The dog biting at the other dog looks like a rhodesian ridgeback. The other dog looks like a otterhound, but skinnier. Could the shaggy one be a scottish deerhoundXspaniel?

The reddish dog is the Bloodhound mentioned up-thread. They ARE playing, incidentally.

And you actually had it right on the first comment - Morgan's an Otterhound, and she's actually got the breed's normal build; she just happens to be both in summer coat and WET in both pictures. Here she is a bit dryer:
