That's what I thought lol.

I thought that they had put a stop to importing horses to Iceland a long time ago, to breed more pure Icelandics. I was told, by someone who has more knowledge that they hade been breeding pure Icelandics again for 2,000 years. Maybe I totally heard them wrong. lol

From looking at it it looked like people in Germany did the breedings and started the registry.

Hi, I added Tapatalk to my phone. When I go to BYC thru them I can add photos from my phone.

Also I added a thread for storys and photos about our horses. I want to see and hear about everyone's horses or stories about a horse they know or took lessons on or whatever.
