Oh, oops! I was responding to the one on the last page. Anyways, your birds look like Red Jungle Fowl, which are good birds to have. Red Jungle Fowl is one of the few "wild" chicken lines left. They are EXCELLENT foragers and will probably have a wild like nature. Even though they have a small size, they lay 250-300 eggs a year, which is as many eggs as the popular Rhode Island Red and more than a Plymouth Rock. I would expect that Red Jungle Fowls would not be very friendly because they are wild. I'm not sure if they'd go broody or not, but since they are wild, I would guess that they would.
Ok, can they be tamed though?
