I can't find a single BYC member with that number of posts, or close it, who is from "overseas".

Someone who has to do with ChickieBooBoo is Blob Chicken, because he's her friend, but he doesn't have anything near that many posts. Chookies Rox is a friend of hers, too, and she's overseas, but she still doesn't have enough posts. I looked at everyone who has a post number close to what you specified, but nobody overseas there, and nobody really related to her or having anything to do with her that I know of.

Wow, I'm totally lost on this one... I can't tell who it is! Another hint, please!
