If you are talking about your bird in this post, it is not a Trout. It is a Grey. It is somewhat hard to tell at that age because the juvenile plumage resembles the adult male eclipse plumage, but judging by the green on the top of the head of the bird pictured, I would bet it ends up being a drake. If that is just a funny reflection on the picture, it might end up being a hen (you can usually tell by voice at that age as well). Without a doubt though, it is a Grey, not Trout.
Editing to add- Wow! Going back reading the rest of the thread, lots of great pictures and beautiful Runners. Your bird on the third page, Teresa, does look like possibly a Lavender. Genetically, that is an easy color to breed for, but hard to get good quality color in like yours and the other beautiful Lavender (so many end up being far too light in color because the sex-linked brown lightens the color so much). Anyway, there are a couple other colors that can give similar appearance, but I think you are right in saying Lavender. If you knew what all colors the breeder housed together, that would give a more clear answer.
As far as the birds you think are Trout though, they are Grey (and there is no Grey Trout). Grey is the wild-type Mallard color. Trout is light phase wild-type and looks completely different. The picture Revolutionmama posted shows a bird that is definitely Trout. In the wild type series, birds with one Blue dilution are Blue Fawn (probably what you are calling Grey Trout) and birds were double Blue dilution are Pastel. In the Trout series, birds with one Blue dilution are Blue Trout. Birds with double Blue dilution are Saxony. Again though, in your pictures, I don't see any birds that are Trout. Your darker bird is a Grey and the one I am guessing you are calling "Grey Trout" is a probable Blue Fawn. There are a couple of mismarked colors that can give similar appearance to a Blue Fawn, but it is doubtful that is the case with your bird. They are quite pretty though and you have the building blocks to breed several cool colors!
