I had a chicken that looked very much as yours. It was a black australorp. It was a low budget chicken purchase , so I probably had a mutt.
Maybe someone else can Identify it as something different.

If you guessed Black Australorp, you are right. Her name is Sasha.

MINE WAS NAMED " CHERNOBYL" Yes , same as where Ukraine had the nuclear reactor meltdown. Long story here. She was one in my first batch of chickens.

Your hen does not have a single comb so it's not a Black Australorp. It also appears to have (unless it's a trick of the light) a few copper or reddish brown colored feathers in the neck area). It looks to me to be a mixed breed; possibly a Black Sex Link.

She is a Black Australorp mixed with Fauomi. That is why her comb is not single.

That makes perfect sense. I knew (as I stated in my post) that she was a mixed breed, but wasn't certain of the mixes in her. Now I know. )
