Guess what?? Cow are not humans

Oh, but those city people could be the ones that are engineers that work on projects like the oil and gas that are so important to you. Or the electricity that is powering the very computer your working on. Or that manufacture the tractors and equipment that you use. I'm a farmer and love the country but, I also realize that the people in the city play an important part too.

but a few of us will survive & spread the -gnomes that are pure. to repopulate the land with good(better) humans than what slithers on the city streets now..

If there's one thing I hate, it has to be an impure gnome!!!

Will these good(better) humans grasp the concept of grammar and spelling?

Yeah...Good luck with that.

I realize I probably should not ask, but I seem to be driven by morbid curiosity--unless you've already had grandchildren that have been successful (either financially or by your standard, being self-supporting, fertile and healthy), how exactly do you know that your genes are any good whatsoever?

Most people's aren't, regardless of their agricultural skills. I'm just saying. Mine included, I've got genes for shortsightedness, various types of cancer, dementia and polydactyly. But my family, despite containing all those crummy genes (plus many more: deafness, mental retardation, seizure disorders, dwarfism, maple syrup urine disease, lots more), has nevertheless managed to raise all their own food, textiles, and been completely self-sufficient for about 400 documented years.
