GUESS WHAT????????

Oh, I've done exactly the same to my DH right at his surgery time, or his testing time or time to find out the results. The stress of all the not knowing really takes its toll on the patient and their family!

Amen to that! The release of that stress today had me coming home and crying half the evening. My poor fiance had no idea what was wrong! He kept saying "You don't SEEM very happy!"

There just is no right way to behave, before, during and after for anybody that is involved! The more worried DH is about the outcome, the higher the likelyhood of a huge fight on the way to the doctors. Hes had melanoma and was just diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma 3 mos ago. We had a doozy that day! Oh brother is all I can say! Anyway, just enjoy the good news!!!!!!!!

Oh andehens, I am so sorry about what you are going through! I am just a teary eyed mess tonight because of the relief, and you didn't get that. I am so sorry. I will keep you guys in my prayers. Everyone here kept me and mine in theirs, so it's the least I can do.

I am so happy for you and DF!!!! My dad had prostate cancer, but they caught it early enough that they were able to do surgery, and he made a full recovery. Just to be safe, make sure he has yearly tests, in case it is "to early to tell".
