So irritated today. Last Thursday, I called the dentist to get my son in for an exam and cleaning. They told me that they do them at different times now so he would have to come in in the morning for the cleaning then come back in the afternoon for the exam. I told them to just schedule the exam. Then I had to cancel the next day and they tried to penalize me for it. But I had made a cleaning appt for him today. So, we drive over 30 mins to get there just to find out that they never put him down for the cleaning! They said they penalized me for canceling the exam appt but they never put him down for his cleaning appt
