Guesses at age?

This is Camellia, she's a great looking Buff Orpington, but how old is she?
We bought her almost 11 weeks ago. She's not laying yet, but she looks like she's close to that age. She was pretty large when we got her, about the same size as our other 14-ish week old girls. But it seems unlikely that she would be 25 weeks and not laying wouldn't it?

BO are really big birds, so if your breed is a bit smaller, she could be several weeks younger and still be the same size. Also, some birds don't start to lay until they are nearly 30 weeks old--awful, I know, but I've never had any BO hens--just a rooster, so I couldn't tell you at what age they typically start to lay.
