Can guinea eggs be frozen for future consumption. Sorry to put it that way but my mamma has had poor results hatching three batches of eggs [120] and has given up. She was using guinea's from the same bloodline once removed and had distorted keets and many died. I told her to get some new bloodlines to mate with her present flock so she might have better results. Peeps if your reading please help. Thanks to all for the info, your humble waddle watcher,Breeze

Yes you can freeze them. I have frozen a lot of Guinea (and Turkey) eggs before... I scramble them (plain), freeze them in ice cube trays then dump them out and seal them up in either ziplock bags or tupperware containers. You can also just pour certain amounts into the small sized ziplock snack baggies, then freeze those in a larger container too. You can take out what you need, thaw and cook them for breakfast or use them in baked goods etc. If stored well they usually last quite a while (a year at least).
