Hi,
Just wanted some advise, our guiea fowl are free to range our property and sleep in a tree.
One of the females has been nesting under the tree and i noticed today when she stood up there were some baby keets!
In regards to caring etc. are we ok to leave them in her care and is there suggestions on how to care for her and them if we leave them with her?

If you don't care how many of the keets survive, you can just leave them alone. You can give them a much better chance of survival by moving her and the keets and perhaps her mate into a secure pen where you can keep them sheltered from the elements and provide them with a high protein turkey or game bird starter and water.

The other option is to take the keets and raise them in a brooder.

Option # 2 is the best option if you can do it because it will eliminate the problems that can happen when you try to introduce the new keets to the flock after they are older.
