Guinea fowl neck broken/sprained?

While I was gone at work one of my guinea fowl (about 6 weeks old) im assuming tried to break out of their pen, got her head caught in the fencing, and injured herself. She's able to move all her body, can sometimes move her head slightly, but her neck is an actual limp noodle. Is there any way to tell if its broken vs sprained? Is there anything I can do for her? I have a makeshift collar made out a rolled microfiber towel and paper tape. But obviously she cant eat or put her head back to drink on her own

If it's broken, you should be able to feel the break. Do you have another one? If you have another one, feel its neck, then feel the injured one's.
