Guinea hen eggs, are they fertilized?

Does anyone know by looking at this egg if it’s fertilized?

I’m not sure, if you see a small white ring with a ring inside it, it’s fertilised

I am seeing a white bullseye on the yolk which would suggest that it is in fact fertilized.
