Guinea Hens Introduced to Chicken Flock?

Hello!! I have a flock of ten chickens, they’re about 25 weeks, just started laying eggs a few weeks ago. I had originally gotten 7 chicks, then about four weeks later got 3 more chicks that were that much younger. The original seven were relatively aggressive toward the younger three at first, then eventually accepted them without any real problems. I was wondering if it would be too late to add some guinea hens to the mix or if that’s a recipe for disaster?? They’d likely be chicks, and I’d of course separate them completely until they’re old enough, but would they integrate well? They’re all hens, also!

I do not recommend adding guineas to a chicken flock.

Read the thread Raising Guinea Fowl 101 and pay particular attention to posts made by @PeepsCA .

Guineas have entirely different mannerisms than do any other poultry. They require much more "personal space" than do chickens. They are a flock bird and need large groups for their flock dynamics to work properly. I do not recommend having fewer than 10 guineas.
