I kinda wanted to give some info and experience I have had with Peahens Guinea hens etc, little dinosaurs I call em. First off, they eat ticks, love em. Second, they guard chickens. Turkeys as well, granted the turkeys huff and puff and insist they are boss bird.. kinda funny to watch :) All you have to do with guinea's is fed em chicken feed late of the day, they will stick around, as for keeping them off the road, they are like smallish wild turkeys, they will do as they wish. Oh, btw.. brown meat rich eggs although smallish.. and the lay in the chicken coops given the chance. [email protected]
