Guinea keet can only hop around with one leg

I have guinea keet who hatched a couple days ago out of my incubator he seemed healthy but then I noticed he couldn't actually walk he crawled on the ground using one leg to push himself forward it doesn't seem like splayed legs or a broken leg but I decided to wrap his leg to see if it would help it didn't though he learned how to walk using one leg to hop and his knee to lean on I believe he has a slipped tendon but his leg has swollen and I can't feel how to put it back any please give me ideas on how to stop swelling and fix his leg
