I feel like a lot of people have relatives like this. I love my mom, but every time my stepdad's friend brings his kids over, she lets them chase the birds around and hold them despite the chickens obviously not wanting messed with. her excuse is "It'S a LEarnINg ThiNg, THe Kids are hEre to HAvE FuN". buuuuuut she also said she'd kill the rooster if he ever decided to teach those children a real lesson.

My neighbours let their kids do that to my chickens when they go into their yard and my neighbors like the pest control so they don’t care about them being in there but I keep saying one day that rooster will have had enough and will get em
