I would take the chick from her right away. When she can't find it, she should stay on the eggs, but she will almost certainly abandon the eggs after a day or 2 with the chick in there. Be careful if you try to put the chick back with her after the guineas hatch, chicks are usually bigger than keets and might hurt the keets until they catch up in size.
