Guineas and Vacations....

How often do you have someone check on your guineas while you are gone? My keats will be 6 weeks old. They have a coop in a very large covered run. To have someone close them up in the coop each night would be difficult given our location. I was thinking of having someone come and check food and water every other day. I stress about this....I'm just moving them out of their brooder tonight into their coop (with a heat lamp!). I try looking this up but I get overwhelmed with all the different opinions.

well i dont know were you are located, I dont think they still need a heat lamp. Alone they would be as safe for one day as they would for two days. the only worry with leaving them is predators.
