Are you going to let them free range or keep them penned? If you are going to keep them penned the yes the one male will be fine, if not I would keep both males. We used to have a large flock of guineas with way more males than I needed. I found that they would pair off when they were nesting. The extra males would help "keep watch" of the females and would alarm her when predators were near. To be sure you have a female listen for their distinctive call some say it sounds like buck-wheat-buck-wheat. I call it the Pe-track call. It is very hard to describe, but once you hear it you will know. They look like pearls with white flight feathers, which mean they may have some white in their backgrounds. You may get some pied or even white keets if you decide to hatch their eggs. Hope this helps!
