Guineas sitting on 20 or so Eggs in the woods.

If more than one Hen laid eggs in the nest, then they could hatch at different times if the broody was pulling them under her while she was on the nest, or if another Hen was sneaking onto the nest and laying an egg when the broody Hen got up for food, drink potty etc. Other wise if she laid them all then no, the other Guinea eggs probably won't hatch. If something was taking the eggs then it may have been a night time predator that spooked her or forced her to get off the nest for extended periods which would have let the eggs cool down too much before she was able to get back on them. I'm really surprised with something taking the eggs she has stayed on that nest, usually when disturbed they just abandon the nest and start a new one!
