Guniea-able?

Thinking of getting maybe 8 or 10 Guineas, is this layout OK for the birds?

Neighbors mostly cool, a few dogs.

How much land? I ask oy because I have 40 acres and they still wander off the property. So as long as the dogs won't chase them and the neighbors don't mind the racket

3.5 acres. Closest neighbor is totally cool. All dogs are behind invisible fences.

Yeah they'll definitely roam into the neighbors yard and definitely into the invisible fence zones but if that's not a prob I'd say sure thing
