gurgle sound

6 yr old hen has developed a gurgle sound she has no discharge and acts very healthy. treat,watch, or cull?
posable causes?

chickens free range, stay in the covered run most of the day to stay out of the wind it is cold in MI. most of them are outside all day. in coop only at night. food and water are outside.

This might be a sign of a respiratory illness, but without knowing exactly which one it's hard for anyone to recommend a treatment. You might want to just keep an eye on her for now, in case she develops further symptoms. If she continues to eat, poop, and act normally and develops no other symptoms, I would guess you have nothing to worry about.
