Gurgling hen?

I have a easter egger flock that i got from belts hatchery they always have been a closed flock with no new additions! My pullets are beginning to lay in the summer heat whitch is around 100 degrees and today i noticed one of my pullets laying in the nest box but shes breathing heavily with gurgiling noises, i checked her over shes perfeftly fine but she just has gurgling noises coning from her

Check her crop to see if it is emptying by morning. Sour crop could make her sound rattly. Feel of her lower abdomen to see if she feels swollen or has fluid in her belly. Otherwise, a gurgling sound while breathing could be the start of a respiratory disease. Does she have any other symptoms? How is her weight?

I checked her this morning and her crop did empty her gurgling noise went down a little! Her weight is good shes always been a really stocky musclely type hen when you hold her
