Hello, my rooster (1 1/2 years old) started making gurgling noises in his throat very suddenly. He keeps bowing his head while backing up like he’s trying to get something out of his throat. I don’t hear the gurgling anywhere except in his throat.
He’s eating and drinking fine. I gave him one dose of safeguard yesterday in case he had gapeworm, but I wanted to be sure that’s what was going on. I recorded him backing up and the noise he’s making, I will include it in my next post.
