Why is my rooster making this weird gurgling noises and sneezes every once in a while?he is 1 year old, hatched in my coop and has never been out of the coop?I've dealt with a respiratory disease in flock 10 months ago, none of them have ever showed signs ever again?none of the other chickens are showing symptoms even the chicks that I put in there 3 weeks ago, after the 2 quarantine weeks of course. He does have food in his crop, its just the gurgling sounds he does, that really worry me.

If you had a respiratory disease 10 months ago, they can be carriers for life, or in some cases up to a year with infectious bronchitis. Disease symptoms may happen during a period of stress. How old were the new chickens and where did they come fro? They also could have brought some disease into the flock if they are from another person, and not a hatchery. There are a handful of respiratory diseases, such as MG, infectious bronchitis, coryza, ILT, and a couple of others. Symptoms can occur within 2 days of exposure to coryza, and within 6-10 days or longer of exposure to MG and others. Here is a handy link with the respiratory diseases and symptoms to read:

Can you post a video of him making this noise?
How do I?

The new ones were 2 weeks old, they came from Tractor Supply, supposedly vaccinated,I mixed those with some that a hen hatched but unexpectedly died and left 3 chicks behind,I got the TSC ones to "teach"mine (ones hatched in my coop) how to eat and drink water, none of the TSC ones showed any symptoms of any disease neither did the little ones in the 2 weeks they were together.I put them in the coop, the chicks didn't show symptoms of the respiratory disease I dealt with,so that means the disease didn't stay with my chickens for life, right?

Has his comb become dark on the tips and back just today? Does it pink up at times? He has some rales or crackles in the video. Have you looked inside his throat for any mucus or gunk? Do you see any bubbles or foam in either eye, or any facial swelling? Antibiotics for respiratory diseases are mostly only available from a vet or sometimes online from pigeon suppliers. Those include Tylosin, Denagard, and a few others. They may help symptoms of MG, but viruses won’t respond.

The darkening of the comb is a bit of frostbite he got during the winter,I haven't checked inside his throat,I'll check him tomorrow,is it better if I separate him from the others?,no eye bubbles or face swelling, its like he just has something stuck in his throat,he looks up quite a bit too.

Separating him could be frightening for him. I usually leave birds together if possible. Check his crop first thing in the morning before he eats or drinks to check it if it is flat and empty, or full. Does he shake his head? Does he adjust his crop like something is stuck in there?

What do you mean adjust his crop?he doesn't shake his head, just puts it up as if he was checking for predators in the trees,he started doing this before the gurgling noise started.

He ate today, crop was empty today in the morning, still chatty with the hens and does his little dances around them, just the weird gurgling noise and the few sneezes.caught a little chick doing exactly the same noises.
