gurguling hen

Hi I have a 9 month old buff orpington hen, Lacey,who is making gurguling sounds in her beak. I tipped her downwards and a lot of liquid came out of her mouth . The liquid was orderless. She otherwise seems fine is eating and drinking well, droppings are fine and she's free ranging with her flock. Any advice?? Love this site Information in valuable! Thanks
