No, no, no! Don't take them! Geese will not sit until every egg in the clutch is laid, which can take up to two weeks!
If she sat now, her babies would hatch several days apart, which in the wild would mean the younger eggs would be abandoned once the first to hatch would start foraging away from the nest.

Thank you, thank you for your wisdom. I guess that makes perfect sense. I tried looking in several of my poultry books -- which are much more skewed to chickens, for the most part. I should have known to just ask you!!
