Maybe you could try "Weight Watchers," if you are trying to lose weight. On weight watchers, the person is supposed to eat all their "points"(foods have "points" value).

I've been on Weight Watchers before. It worked pretty good, right now I don't have the money to do so. My younger sister went from 280 to 175 on it.

I have been a veg. for the last 6 months. Chemo does that to a person. On top of breast cancer I have multiple food allergies. Takes me hours to do a weeks worth of grocery shopping because I have to read all the lables just so I don't buy anything that I may be allergic too. (you would be amazed at how often ingredients are changed without notification) You tend to stick to the stuff you know even though you know it's not the best for you to eat.

I have to come up with some quick and easy recipes of food that we can eat.

And I have to get more active. But I have to wait until the doc give me clearance to do so.

Can I step in and say something real quick? Y'all aren't eating enough! Which, let's face it, works for a while...until you start eating more again. You can't eat small portions forever.

Now, small/medium portions of healthy food every two or three hours? That's wonderful.

Just thought I'd throw that out there. Best of luck to all of you!
