What predator kills a chicken and eats the guts? Head still contacted with some breast meat eaten.

The predator ID chart from Storey's Guide to Raising Chickens says that
"Rear end bitten, intestines pulled out"
means a fisher or a marten.
Sorry to hear about the death of your chicken. Hope you can eliminate whatever killed it.
