Well,it's hard to tell by the pic,but the first one is quite a bit smaller and darker than the other two. Any chance it may be a pullet?

They look just like my barred rock packing peanuts, all boys. They already have sickle feathers coming in their tails, just like mine. Look pretty close to the same age too!

I'd say you still have hope for #1 to be a pullet.

My brother who has been Mr. Chicken for 60 years told me I had a couple of BR roos and all 7 ended up being pullets.

The last two are most certainly roos though.
