Guys or Gals?

I’ve been on a thread reference my Sapphire Gem, but I’m now adding my Americauna that I’m wondering about as well. Both are 11 weeks old. Sapphire gems are supposed to be a Sex Linked breed, and the odd thing about this one is he/she will go on a growth spurt where he/she will develop a lot in a couple days, then stagnate so that all the others catch up in size. I will add a pic of my other Sapphire Gem and other Americauna that I’m certain are pulleys. So...are they guys or gals?

Americauna's a pullet. Sapphire looks like a cockerel to me.

Yes. Sorry for being unclear. Birds 1,2,and 3 are pullets and 4 is a cockerel. The lighter color and pointier feathers as well as his impressive comb and wattles give him away.
