Gwinnett county GA codes no chicks not so pls concur if different

Hi ALL!!!
For those of us who live in the county of Gwinnett GA.
I believe I have found the source that debunks county codes as state law should trump it, however I would like some more advise and input before I get too excited and just cry in disgust

. I have a very code enforcement friendly neighbor, she is a terror in our sweet little neighborhood.....bless her heart.

TY all.. this site is so great, appreciate the input. Well if no responses at least other in GA in counties that say No, they will have a link to delve into. I have to say I was excited to find it. I emailed them to see if I could discus further with someone from that site to solidify what I think I am reading. Well I Will keep my three RIR and hide them until I can move. My neighbors are good with it except the one person. I have one RIR that is character and loves to escape the pen area and gets kinda noisy, seems to be happy happy . If I hear back from this other group I will post here. I still do not understand the silly codes and never
