I looked at the plans....where are the roosts? All I saw was nesting boxes.

These have been popular for years now. I saw one posted a year back that was MUCH larger. The one I saw-- that would make sense and actually hold a few birds. This one is very adorable!! But pretty small too. But hey, if you only have 3 or 4 birds-- it's perfect! And why not have something adorable in your backyard!

I have one similar to this but a whole lot bigger, it used to be an old silage wagon that we modified it now houses my meat birds every year and clean out is simple since it still has the chains on the bottom. just hook it up to the tractor and it is empty in minutes...and yes i have had people stop and look at it, a neighbor has also done the same with an old manure spreader he just put removable sides and a roof on it...might seem strange but it works for us..
