the wartish looking thing is red just looks like regular waddle BUT the rest of his waddle is turning a yellowish human flesh color but also has black spots

this was yesterday when the wart thing looked red but now its black and looks kind of deflated and scabby

No it is not deadly. It will run its course and then he will be immune. The rest of your flock could get it though.
