Had a baby hatch about 3 hours ago

I had a baby chicken hatch about 3 hours or so ago it looks like a long slime of blood coming out of its butthole none the other 3 that hatched had it so I am wondering what it could be she or he barley is moving yet to where my others come out started moving big time and very noisily from an hour after hatch i left it in incubator and moved its sibiling out into the red light i have what does this look like i have never hat this with any of my other babies and this is my 3rd year hatching chickens

It looks like part of the yoke sack was not absorbed properly

And it's clutch mates same hatch day as this one just night before and early in am yesterday

It needs some where comfortable to sit

Put the chick in a cup or small bowl lined with a soft towel and leave in the bator hopefully as the day goes by the yolk will continue to absorb.
If you take a paper towel damp with warm water and gently wipe the babys feathers, this will help it fluff up as the feathers look like they are stuck down
