Normally I would agree with ya'll, but in this case I really do think this one is a hatchery Ameraucana. They are considered "exotic" because they lay colored eggs, even though they are common.

Hatchery Ameraucana = EE

Ok, what's with the name? My EE (who looks just like that) is Candy, also. Actually - her nickname is Candibal Lecter, because she does NOT like other chickens. She lives with my peacock now. They get along for some reason. Candy even tried to eat the ducks. Strange bird.

I had a chick that looked similar to that. I heard it was a Golden Campine from a couple people and EE from most. He ended up being an EE. I think you've got an EE.
