Had a Yummy Quail Dinner

As they were starting to fight, I decided it was time for a quail dinner. I had 3 3 month old males who were very delicious.

I have a male and female left. We had enough left over to make another meal.

I'm really looking forward to the next quail dinner in a little over 3 months.

I can wait until I have quail. I grew up eatting quail every week since my dad was a quail hunter.

They are some GOOD eating! The last ones we did we stir fried the breasts with onions, garlic, tomatoes, okra and served over wild rice.
