After a year of having them, we decided to build them a better coop. Guess that was all the butt holes next door needed to turn us in and we had to give up our chickens.

It was quite upsetting. My daughter who LOVES chickens cried.

I am so sorry to hear this! Dont give up, have you looked into getting your city's law changed? I know it is a daunting task but people have done it in 3 cities in my area and they were amazed by the support they got.
