Half of my eggs are clear, what does that mean? (Pictures added!)

I found one of them pipped yesterday morning! Day 19, maybe.

It still hasn't done anything else, and it's been about 24 hours. It's still alive though, I heard it peeping when I got up this morning and ran in thinking it had finally hatched.

What's taking so long?
