I, unfortunately, am stuck in the boarding house today... Usually I help my parents go all out for decorating the house, this year I am just going all out to scare some of the hostel girls XD
I have decided to go zombie and have done the outfit before, I haven't quite finished with it yet this evening but here is a pic of what it looked like last time:

My kiddos are bummed. It's downpouring here. I told them we'd still go trick-or-treating, but I'm not sure how long we can go for.

I am going as Rosie the Riveter.
My kids are a pumpkin (19months old), wolverine (8years old), a cosplay character (13years old).

Its some character she created (she does her own character designs and story plots with her friends). To be perfectly honest, I don't know what the whole "cosplay" thing is about except that I pay an arm and a leg to send her to conventions where she needs about 20 costumes for two days. Lol

Cosplay has no real rules. Its just a big dress up party. Most people pick a super hero, video game person, exc an make it your own. Hand made stuff an getting to be someone else for a while. Halloween when ever you want. The cosplay community is filled with something the rest of the world has lost at this point, imagination. One of the best things a kid could be doing in my opinion...
