Okay well first I love the old farm sink. Secondly how many eggs is that? Third I must ask why you and Sally have the same pic?
Oh, I had not thought of angel food cake! Thank you for the tips! I feel bad when I have to throw them away when they get old.
Oh no! Don't throw them away. If nothing else hard boil them and feed them back to the flock. That's what we do when we are overrun. DH2B loves to throw them on the gravel driveway they explode and he gets to feel manly lol. Especially recommended after a bad day at work lol for getting out frustration.
Sally your eggs went in the bator last night!!!
@Sally Sunshine can't wait to see who hatches. In other news our other hatch is still going and seems to be moving a bit early. Turns out all but three of 13 silkie eggs have quit. One is already hatched but the other two are pipped. The lavender/split Orpingtons look to be a day or so behind. Hopefully tonight the little first hatched will get some buddies and quiet down. I feel so bad that it's been lonely but it has been getting regular attention and food and water. It also seems much calmer after the other two internally pipped last night, I'm sure it can hear them.
Also quiche uses a lot of eggs. Or make a breakfast scramble etc etc.
