I thought so! The chances of that lil one ever becoming dinner is unlikely! I am attached and mine was hatched in an incubator. I can only imagine how attached you are. By the way that was a really neat thing you did....kudos!!

Birdymama I was wondering how your little body hatch baby is doing. My lil one was very clingy at first, but he must be growing up. He doesn't care much for being held now. He is also starting to escape from his rubbermaid tote, when the mood strikes him.

Going well. Had to take him back to my mothers to live in the aivery with the other quails. I have two cats and they finally noticed we have a bird. Came home a few times to find his cage knocked over in the past few weeks.

I miss him, but mum assures me he is happy and doing well. I plan to move into a house soon. So i will build my own aivery and bring him back home.

Rubbermaide tote?
