That breed is called bourkes parakeet.

First entry if allowed... Blue parakeet is Apollo.. Grey pied cockatiel is Scott, lutino Cockatiel is storm.

Thanks. The first is an immature Darth Vader Button quail. The second is a Rosey Bourke parakeet.
