Tbf from what little I know of them, neither of them are bats or part bat so they'd suffer the same ill effects. Considering even in a survival situation you shouldn't sleep anywhere bats sleep and the diseases they carry are serious, as long as I can get in and out as I wish I'd go with the coffin about every time
