The only difference between small eggs - like the ones bantams lay - and standard hens is that there is a higher percentage of yolk in the smaller eggs. And, of course, you need more eggs. The standard egg is 2 ounces. A small bantam egg is just over an ounce. Hamburgs will be on the smaller size of the large eggs.
